West Maple Farms Community Garden Terms
West Maple Farms is committed to providing fair and equitable access to community garden plots for local residents at:

Community garden space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Each household may receive a maximum of one plot. Priority will be given to Monsey, NY residents before other applicants.

Residents interested in securing a community garden plot must complete this form to join the waiting list. If there are more applicants than available plots, a lottery system will determine plot assignments.
Community Garden Agreement:
By signing this agreement, the Gardener agrees to abide by all operating rules (see Attachment A) throughout their membership. The Garden Committee reserves the right to amend and enforce the rules as necessary.

The undersigned Gardener recognizes that participation in the garden is a privilege. By signing this agreement, the Gardener and any guests, employees, or contractors they invite release and discharge West Maple Farms, its owners, agents, employees, and representatives from any claims or liability related to loss, injury, or damages that may arise from participation.
The undersigned Gardener further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless West Maple Farms from any legal claims or damages resulting from their participation. If enforcement of this agreement is required, the Gardener agrees to pay any legal fees incurred.
