A Fun-Filled Family Day at West Maple Farm NY Looking for an exciting escape from city life and into the arms of nature? Our visit to West Maple Farm this November provided just that. An impressive farm with a mission, they gladly took our donation of over 200 pumpkins to compost and feed their lively animals, demonstrating their commitment to sustainability and the environment. A special mention to Zev, who made the entire process an absolute pleasure. The farm itself is splendid, well-kept, and teeming with fun activities for kids. The charming barnyard residents—those delightful alpacas and friendly emus—quickly became our favorites. They come right up to visitors for a pat, making for some heartwarming interactions and unforgettable memories. Despite being situated within a short drive from the city, West Maple Farm feels like a world far away, filled with the soothing sounds of animals and the enchanting aroma of the countryside. The farm doesn't just stop at offering an opportunity to reconnect with nature, it also offers an array of enjoyable activities, from peaceful hayrides to learning about honeybees. We really like this place. My 3 year old son can go every day! They have a nice amount of animals to pet and feed, creative climb on toys in the shape of tractors, boats, trains and busses and an old fire engine. Fun times!
Great petting zoo, lots of animals. Emus, cows, chickens, turkeys, sheep, goats, alpacas, mini horses, donkeys, baby animals and playground area for kids to play, canteen to buy food and a digger land area for kids a bit older.
Beautiful farm! Was there on Chol Hamoed, although it was full of people it didn’t feel jammed. Would for sure come again.
We had such a wonderful experience visiting the farm! The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, and it was clear how much care and passion they put into the animals and the land. Great day at the farm. Lots of animals to interact with and feed. The farm is small and easy for a two year to navigate. Great park to play in and hayride.

It’s a nice place to bring the kids. A little overpriced but entertains the kids. The entrance is fine, it’s just that you have to pay for basically anything you do besides walking and seeing. Besides that, animals look cared for and healthy.
This place was great for a 1 year old Everything is very close together so you can see a lot without having to walk a bunch. Lots of animals is clear view and randomly they have emus which was a nice surprise.

One of the best farms out there. My 2 year old and 8 year old children had a blast. The feeds go fast so buy multiple and make sure to try out the excavator! The hay ride is a quick thrill for the little ones. The animals take the trophy. There are many of them and really gentle. My older one was really into the gem mining. If you buy tickets/tokens for all the activities from the beginning, it’ll save you time and energy walking all the way back to the front again and again. The whole farm can be enjoyed for 3 hours easily.
Maple farm is very nice with friendly staff!! The animals are in very cute cages! They have a beautiful park for the kids to play!!

Amazing farm! 🐐🐑🐓🐥🐮🦃A lot of animals, 🚜tractor rights, wonderful playground🛝, picnic area🧺 , very clean -somebody was having a birthday party for there child today 🎂🎉 it was really nice, my children and I had so much fun. Perfect place to get away and enjoy the fresh air and nature.
Not overly huge as far as walking goes, but a very enjoyable afternoon. We bought the grandkids aged one through nine and they all enjoyed.

Nice lolcal farm for a day visit right past Viola Park, there's the animals of course plus the have fruit and vegetable picking, and lots of fun swings and games for the kids.
Me and my boyfriend went there for only a few minutes and it had such beautiful animals inside. Worth going to!

I came here with my family and was just amazed of how clean and fun the activities were. We had a great time and we did not even get to do everything. Would recommend For all age group. Good refreshment and great ice cream.
